Who is The Colorist for?

The Colorist is a new magazine for salon owners and managers, hair colorists as well as sales representatives, educators, students and other professionals in the hair color market. As Launchpad magazine’s special issue (supplement) that was published quarterly, The Colorist is now its own magazine that is published bi-monthly.

What happens if I don’t receive my issue or if it’s damaged?

If you received a damaged magazine issue (print edition), please contact our Customer Service Department.
If you didn’t receive a magazine issue (print and/or digital edition), the reason might be one of the following:

  • Your (print) issue is still in the process of being mailed to you.
  • There might be a USPS mail delivery delay that is causing your (print) issue to be delivered late.
  • We might have the wrong mailing address for your (print) issue and/or wrong email address for your (digital) issue.

Your first magazine issue (print and/or digital edition) will be mailed and/or e-mailed to you within 4 to 6 weeks after receipt of your subscription order.

If you did not receive your first issue at the end of the 6th week or if you think your issue is late, please click here to access and change your subscription account information (mail address, telephone number, e-mail address and fax number) online. This is the fastest way to get your account information updated.

Before your magazine subscription expires, we will send you several renewal reminders to renew your subscription. When you receive one of these renewal reminders, please renew your subscription as soon as possible, so that you don’t miss an issue.

How do I find my magazine subscription account number and expiration date?

Your subscription account number can be found on your magazine issue’s (print edition) mail label that you received in the mail. We do not place subscription account numbers on digital editions and eNewsletters.

You can access your subscription account information online by using your subscription account number and last name (see mail label example below) or you can use your e-mail address.

Your first magazine issue will be mailed and/or e-mailed to you within 4 to 6 weeks after receipt of your subscription order. If you didn’t receive a magazine issue (print and/or digital edition), the reason might be one of the following:
